嘉宾篇|David Sutton SEFA执行董事·为峰会专题演讲

David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts magna cum laude in 1978 and his Juris-Doctorate degree from Hofstra Law School in 1981. 

Mr. Sutton’s management style has been a key factor in SEFA’s evolution from a small 19 member North American Trade Association to the respected global industry association it has become.  He has a proven track record of "getting the job done"  by capitalizing on resources, inspiring staff to take on leadership roles, defining and achieving goals, fulfilling missions and satisfying Board and member needs.

David is a member of the American Society of Association Executives  (ASAE) as well as both the New York (NYSAE) and Florida (FSAE) Chapters.  He has earned the coveted CAE designation, Certified Association Executive, from the ASAE, which demonstrates his commitment to life-long learning and serves as an indicator of the dedication and professionalism he brings to the field of association management.

David于1978年以优异的成绩毕业于麻省大学，于1981年获得霍夫斯特拉大学攻读法学博士学位。

1988年SEFA成立以来，David就担任法律总顾问一职，并在2001年被任命为执行董事至今。

Sutton先生的管理风格是SEFA由一个只有19名成员的北美贸易协会发展到一个备受瞩目的全球性的行业协会的关键因素。“做好自己的事情”是他一直被公认的良好工作原则，尤其是在资源配置，员工激励方面，使得他能够出色地担任领导的角色，去定义和完成共同的目标，满足董事会以及协会成员的需要。

David是美国协会高级管理人员协会（ASAE）的一员，也是纽约和弗罗里达分会会员，CEA认证，这将意味着他将终身学习并服务于行业内协会管理专业水平的提高。
